Job Title: Marketing Manager – Modern Trade
Role Overview
The Marketing Manager (MT) acts as the strategic bridge between Brand and Sales. You will translate brand goals into actionable retail strategies across major accounts like Reliance, DMart, and Star Bazaar, ensuring high visibility and profitable conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & GTM: Develop channel-specific marketing plans and Joint Business Plans (JBP) to drive brand growth.
- Retail Excellence: Lead in-store visibility, merchandising standards, and shopper marketing campaigns (POSM/promos).
- P&L & ROI: Manage trade marketing budgets, negotiate Terms of Trade (TOT), and analyze promo-effectiveness to maximize ROI.
- Operations: Ensure optimal product listing, planogram compliance, and inventory management across key outlets.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity and shopper trends to refine pricing and distribution strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10–15+ years in FMCG/Retail, with a focus on Modern Trade marketing.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business (MBA preferred).
- Skills: Strong P&L/analytical capability, negotiation prowess, and team leadership.
Job title: Performance Marketing Analyst – E-Commerce, Q-Commerce & D2C
Role Overview
You will be responsible for running and optimising paid campaigns, analysing sales and availability data, and improving performance across marketplaces, quick commerce platforms, and our own website. This role blends performance marketing with e-commerce operations to ensure we maximise reach, conversions, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimise paid marketing campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and quick commerce channels.
• Monitor and improve ROAS, CAC, and other key performance metrics.
• Analyse platform sales, availability, and pricing data to identify growth opportunities and fix issues quickly.
• Coordinate with platform/category managers to ensure product visibility, correct listings, and optimal stock availability.
• Work closely with the content and design team to create high-converting creatives and product pages.
• Track competitor activity, pricing, and promotions, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership.
Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing and/or e-commerce growth roles.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and marketplace ad platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data interpretation.
• Understanding of e-commerce KPIs (conversion rate, availability %, sales velocity, etc.).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of results.
Nice to Have
· Experience with Shopify and marketing automation tools.
· Prior work in FMCG, kitchen/home essentials, or similar categories.
· Knowledge of GA4, Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager
· Experience with D2C or FMCG brands
